Pre-launch · information draft
Terms and Conditions
PRINT WARRIORS is an unregistered project in preparation, with no trade licence yet. These texts are drafts, not legally approved commercial terms. Operator details and processing arrangements must be completed and reviewed before commercial launch.
Draft framework for the planned PRINT WARRIORS business. These are not final or legally approved business terms and do not create a contract through use of this website. They must be completed for the registered operator and reviewed before any paid services are accepted.
1. Pre-launch status and scope
PRINT WARRIORS is currently an informational project in preparation. The business is not registered and no trade licence is available. Forms collect preparatory, non-binding enquiries only. Binding orders, payment processing and paid printing or modelling jobs are not accepted at this stage. Example products, prices and planned destinations are not promises of commercial availability.
Future terms would apply to individually agreed 3D-printing, modelling and product transactions with the operator: [LEGAL NAME AND ADDRESS TO BE ADDED]. Applicable mandatory consumer rights must remain unaffected.
2. Planned printing and modelling
Planned services include FDM printing from customer STL/3MF models and ready-made catalogue products. PDF technical drawings and reference images can be assessed manually for possible 3D modelling. A drawing does not guarantee that a suitable model can be created; missing dimensions, unsuitable geometry or intended uses may require clarification or rejection.
Modelling would be optional and separately described and quoted. Deliverables, file format, revisions, usage rights and any separate service agreement must be agreed before work starts. No automatic model generation or pricing is offered.
3. Enquiry, quotation and contract formation
Submitting a file, selecting a product or receiving an acknowledgement is not an accepted order. After launch, a quotation would follow individual feasibility and availability review and state its scope, full price, tax treatment, shipping, proposed timing and any validity period. No fixed quotation-validity period is assumed here.
The final contract-formation process must be stated in the completed terms. Production must not begin without explicit customer approval of the quotation, approval of the proposed model where applicable, and agreed payment arrangements. During pre-launch even recorded approvals do not authorise paid work.
4. Customer files and intended use
Customers should provide accurate dimensions, units, material requirements, fit/tolerance requirements and intended use, and must hold the rights needed to submit and use their files. Do not submit unlawful content or disclose another person's confidential or personal information without authority.
Printing assessment is not engineering certification or approval for safety-critical use. Any load-bearing, medical, food-contact, electrical, child-safety or other regulated use requires an explicit suitability assessment; none is presumed from an uploaded model or material choice. The actual service may decline unsuitable projects.
5. Materials and FDM characteristics
Planned materials are PLA, PETG and ASA. PLA is generally suitable for many indoor models but can be sensitive to elevated temperatures; PETG can suit some functional applications; ASA can offer improved weather/UV resistance. Actual grade, geometry, processing and conditions affect performance. These descriptions are not certifications or blanket suitability guarantees.
FDM parts may show layer lines, support marks, seams and colour/finish variation. Dimensional accuracy, shrinkage, strength and fit depend on the model, orientation and process. No universal numerical tolerance is guaranteed; important fits and tolerances must be agreed for the specific part. Ordinary process characteristics do not excuse a failure to meet agreed specifications or mandatory conformity standards.
6. Prices and payment
After commercial launch, product/printing, modelling and shipping would be assessed manually and shown separately with a total and applicable tax information before acceptance. Catalogue figures currently marked as examples are not binding offers. No automatic charges, checkout, deposits or payment schedule are established by this draft.
Payment method, timing and any advance payment must be expressly agreed in the future contract. Until registration and legal completion, no paid printing or modelling jobs are accepted.
7. Planned shipping destinations and import costs
Planned destinations cover all 27 EU member states and Switzerland, subject to individual operational verification after launch. Shipping would be quoted using destination/postal code, package size and weight, packaging, carrier and service. No free shipping, fixed rate or actual delivery availability is promised at present.
For Switzerland, import VAT, customs clearance and other import costs may be payable by the recipient unless expressly included in the offer. The final quote must explain cost allocation and any known handling arrangements; this draft does not state a Swiss tax rate or waive statutory rights.
8. Production and delivery estimates
Any production or dispatch estimate would be communicated after feasibility, material and carrier checks. It is not a guaranteed date unless expressly agreed as such. Changes to requirements, approved models or missing information may require a revised quotation and schedule; additional charges cannot be assumed without agreement.
Mandatory rights relating to late delivery remain unaffected. Risk allocation for consumer delivery must follow applicable law; no blanket transfer of shipping risk to the consumer on dispatch is imposed here.
9. Quality, defects and statutory rights
Future goods must match the agreed specifications and applicable statutory conformity requirements. Depending on the governing mandatory law, customers may have rights to repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, price reduction or contract termination. No voluntary commercial guarantee is promised in this draft.
Contact support with a description and, if useful, photos of a suspected defect. A request for prompt reporting is not a waiver of statutory claim periods. Genuine personalised products remain subject to applicable defect/conformity rights, even when change-of-mind withdrawal is excluded.
10. EU withdrawal and personalised goods
For eligible distance sales of goods to EU consumers, withdrawal generally may be exercised within 14 days from receipt by the consumer or their designated third party other than the carrier. Final pre-contract information must include the process, withdrawal form, return address, lawful return-cost allocation and refund arrangements. These missing operational details must be supplied before sales begin.
An exception may apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Standard catalogue goods are not automatically exempt just because they are printed after an order. The actual degree of customer-specific manufacture must be assessed and any applicable exception clearly explained before the contract. An exception to withdrawal does not remove statutory defect rights.
11. Separate modelling services and Switzerland
A separately contracted modelling service may be subject to different withdrawal rules from a sale of goods. Any lawful early-start request, required express consent and acknowledgement concerning withdrawal must be handled separately in the final contract; uploading a PDF or ticking a privacy box is not such a waiver.
Switzerland generally has no statutory 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right for ordinary online purchases. No voluntary Swiss return right has yet been defined. Applicable warranty, conformity and other mandatory contractual rights remain unaffected; EU rules are not described as automatically applying to every Swiss purchase.
12. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Submission does not transfer ownership of customer files. Any future permission to process them should be limited to assessment and the expressly agreed work. Files must not be published or reused for unrelated purposes without a valid legal basis or permission.
Rights in any newly created model, permitted reuse, delivery of editable source files and licence scope must be expressly agreed. This draft does not automatically assign all customer or model rights to either party.
13. Liability and mandatory protections
A final liability clause requires review for the actual operator, activities and applicable law. This draft does not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory product liability or other non-excludable obligations. No all-purpose liability disclaimer or blanket customer indemnity is imposed.
Customer-provided specifications and stated intended use are relevant to the agreed scope, but they do not eliminate the provider's legal duties or mandatory consumer protections.
14. Support, finalisation and applicable law
Support email: [EMAIL ADDRESS TO BE ADDED]. Operator and return address: [TO BE ADDED]. The contact form is available for preparatory enquiries. No response time, dispute-resolution membership or voluntary return policy is promised.
Final terms must identify the operator, governing-law provisions subject to mandatory consumer protection, required consumer information and complaints procedure. No exclusive jurisdiction overriding consumer rights is specified. Legal review and business registration are required before these drafts are used for commercial transactions.
