Shipping destinations
We accept shipping enquiries to all 27 European Union member states and Switzerland.
Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted manually using the destination country and postal code, package dimensions and weight, packaging needs, available carrier and service. Your quotation lists printing or product price, modelling where applicable, shipping and total separately. No free shipping or flat rate is promised.
Processing & dispatch
We verify feasibility, production timing and shipping options personally. Production begins only after explicit quotation approval, proposed model approval where applicable, and agreed payment. Dispatch or delivery dates are not promised before verification.
EU consumer withdrawal
For eligible distance purchases, EU consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period starting when the consumer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, receives the goods. Notify us with an unambiguous withdrawal statement through the contact page within the applicable period. For eligible withdrawals, goods generally must be returned within 14 days of that notice. Return instructions, address and applicable return costs must be supplied before the contract; no blanket return-cost policy is set here.
Standard & personalised products
Eligible standard catalogue products are treated separately from goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised. Such personalised goods may fall under a statutory withdrawal exception. Made-to-order production alone does not automatically make an item personalised. The applicable rules must be explained before an order is placed.
Switzerland
Switzerland generally does not provide a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for ordinary online purchases. PRINT WARRIORS has not yet defined a voluntary Swiss return policy, so none is promised here. Statutory warranty and contractual rights remain unaffected. Import VAT, customs or other import fees may be payable by the recipient unless explicitly included in the offer.
Defective, damaged or non-conforming goods
Withdrawal exceptions do not remove applicable statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods. Contact us with your request reference, a description and photos if available. We review the issue and arrange the applicable remedy; no extra legal guarantees are promised.
